This tour takes you to Speyside, home of over half of Scotland’s malt whiskey distilleries. You get the chance to explore four distilleries, learn how whiskey is intertwined with Scottish culture, and venture through the beautiful Cairngorms National Park. Places you'll explore: Dunkeld - This cathedral’s architecture is a fascinating mix of Gothic and Norman styles. Cairngorms National Park - Gaze in awe at Scotland’s most beautifully rounded peaks. The River Spey - One of Scotland’s most important rivers for salmon farming and whiskey distilling. Speyside Cooperage (Mon and Wed departures only) - Learn about the lifecycle of a whiskey cask. Elgin- Visit this spirited town and explore the best little whisky shop in the world. Four Whisky Distilleries - Compare and contrast the whiskeys of four distinctly delectable distillers. Royal Deeside - Throughout history, the Royal Family has loved exploring this gorgeous region of Scotland. Speyside Cooperage is visited on Monday and Wednesday departures. If your tour leaves after 1st April 2025, you will visit Cragganmore Distillery instead. *Please note that Cragganmore Distillery will be observing Silent Season from April 30 to May 16. If your tour departs during this period, you will visit Speyburn Distillery instead for a tour and tasting on Day 2, with the Cardhu visit scheduled for later in the afternoon. For the April 30 departure only, Cragganmore will be replaced with Glenlivet Distillery, and Cardhu with Glen Moray. We apologise for the inconvenience. *The Cragganmore will be observing Silent Season from May 19th to May 27th. During this time, we will still visit the distillery, but with a reduced service - excluding the production site tour. We apologise for the inconvenience.

But on this tour, you get the chance to see all of it. *Please note that Carrowmore Megalithic Cemetery will be temporarily closed from 31st August 2024 until Spring 2025 due to renovations at the site. A two day escape exploring the majesty of Loch Ness, the Caledonian pine forest, and the stunning scenery of the Cairngorms National Park. You will learn about Scotland’s native forests on a tranquil walk. You travel through majestic mountains and quaint villages. And you get plenty of time to see if you can find the infamous Loch Ness Monster. Places you'll explore: Pitlochry - This wonderful little village was one of Queen Victoria’s favorite holiday spots. Caledonian Pine Forest walk - Walk over mossy paths and under a dark green canopy in a gorgeous forest. Cairngorms National park - Gaze in awe at Scotland’s most beautifully rounded peaks. Urquhart Castle - Take a chance to explore a ruined castle overlooking Loch Ness. Inverness - The ‘Capital of the Highlands’ blends Victorian architecture with a lively modern lifestyle. Loch Ness - Take a chance to go on an optional boat cruise (April - October) or wander around the shores of this alluring and eerie loch. Great Glen - A humongous fault line through the Scottish Highlands; a location that’s as historically important as it is stunning. Glencoe - Be moved by the sheer beauty and tragic tale of one of Scotland’s most famous landscapes. *The Loch Ness boat cruise is weather dependent and may be cancelled without notice. *Please note that from April 2025, this tour will depart at 8:45am.
